I’ll be teach the first half of Florida Wine Academy’s excellent WSET Level 2 class in Miami on Friday, June 16. The course concludes the following day, Saturday, June 17, so you’re able to complete your Intermediate Level studies in just two days! And as an added bonus we’ll be at the beautifully laid out Miami Culinary Institute’s tasting lab.
