I’m very happy to join my dear friend, chef Doreen Colondres, at her beautiful school for wine and food in Raleigh, Vitis House. I’ll be leading a Level 2 class over two days at the end of summer - Saturday, August 24 and Sunday August 25. I guarantee a fun weekend with great wines and informed conversation. Level 2 is a benchmark among WSET courses and there is no prerequisite so you can come to class knowing you’ll get top-level support and coaching to earn your Level 2 certification. A tip - register early so you have plenty of time to read the text book before class - that’s your main key to success (along with the in-class coaching of course).
